Summary: We respect your privacy, and as such do not rent, sell, share or otherwise give away any personal information which you share with or offer to us. We use your information only within our organization, and maintain security protocols to ensure that your information will not be removed from our care, except at your request or in the (highly unlikely) event of a court order to such effect.

Should we ever wish to make changes to this fundamental policy (or the detail of it, listed below), we will make a reasonable effort to contact you (via your email address, or if you do not have an email address, then via the U.S. postal service) and offer you both the clear opportunity as well as adequate time to opt-out of these changes and/or have your information removed from our databases, before those changes take effect.

For each visitor to any of our sites, our Web server automatically records only the site visitor's IP address. We do not and cannot see the email address of our visitors.

We may collect the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin boards, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, and information volunteered by the site visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations. We also make use of third party providers such as PayPal, Amazon.com, and other companies to provide our customers with services and/or products. If our site visitors make use of any of these company web sites, they should refer to those companies privacy policies for infomation on how their personal information is collected and used by them.

The information we collect may be used to customize the content and/or layout of our web site for each individual visitor, or used to notify list subscribers about updates to our Web site or other internal business purposes. From time to time we may suggest books, music or services offered by a third-party that is in line with our work. However, we absolutely respect your privacy, and have never, do not currently, and will not in the future -- without sufficient written notice (sent via email) given to you -- share, loan, sell or otherwise give your personal information out to other organizations, unless so demanded of us under a warrant issued to us by a recognized court of law. However, in the interest of full disclosure, it should be noted that any information we collect from you is stored on a third-party ISP web server, with whom we have agreements that represent that the information stored their belongs to us, and will not be copied or otherwise used by them except under our explicit direction. If you choose or do not want to receive e-mail from us or do not want us to use your other personal information in the future, please let us know by sending us an e-mail to the above address or by using any of our unsubscribe pages.

With respect to cookies: Though we currently do not, we may use cookies in the future to store visitors' preferences, to record session information (such as items that customers add to a shopping cart), to record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, to ensure that visitors are not repeatedly sent the same banner ads, or to customize Web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends.

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information, such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server or to a third-party that is set up to handle such sensitive information. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

Though we have no plans to do so, at some point we may choose to use our web site visitor and customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will make reasonable attempts to notify you via email of these changes, and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by sending us email at the address provided above, or by using one of our subscription services pages on our web site.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to the information that we have collected and that we maintain about them, which they can then have corrected by sending us e-mail at the above address.
